*Cocoa mass obtained by the stone refining of cocoa beans in our laboratory.

The intense and fruity notes of the huila cocoa beans meet the fresh and slightly spicy taste of the
most famous oriental root in the West.
Our chocolate bar is made entirely by hand, from the production to the final wrapping: after the
roasting, we work the cocoa beans adding only brown sugar and ginger, because just a few but good
ingredients are enough.
Choice of excellent raw materials, care for processing and packaging but attention to the
environment: these, all, are indispensable elements for the birth of our handmade line.
To wrap our bar of chocolate, in fact, we chose an ecological and innovative paper, which is
produced using excess algae from lagoon environments at risk. A paper not only ecological but also
biodegradable. Finally, after production and packaging, the bar of chocolate is placed in a recycled
and recyclable cardboard tile, a virtuous example of legal and sustainable economy, realized in
collaboration with Legambiente Italia. To love means to respect. Because the good thing is also the
right thing.
