Linguine with Red Tuna and Marzamemi Patè, a fresh and tasty first course based on Red Tuna rich in flavor and taste!

A combination of flavors that combines the freshness of the sea with the homemade produce of the land .

An ideal recipe for a special lunch or dinner: with just a few ingredients you will have a restaurant-quality first course at home, rich in flavor and very fragrant.

For this recipe we will use Red Tuna , a type of tuna with soft meat, with a stronger flavor than yellowfin tuna, but softer than Mediterranean tuna. Bluefin tuna lives between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea and has a weight far greater than that of the Mediterranean Sea.

The other product we will use is Marzamemi Patè with dried tomatoes!

Let's now see what we need to prepare our Linguine with Red Tuna and Marzamemi Patè :

Ingredients:

• 400 grams of linguine

• 1 jar of Adelfio red tuna

• Marzamemi Adelfio pâté

• 1 clove of garlic

• whole chili pepper

• 10 black olives

• 2 anchovy fillets

• extravirgin olive oil

• 1 glass of dry white wine

• parsley

Method

In a large pan we put the olive oil with a clove of garlic, the chilli pepper and let it flavour.

We combine the anchovy fillets, the red tuna, the pâté and the dry white wine.

In a pan, with plenty of boiling salted water, cook our linguine al dente.

Drain the pasta, reserving a few ladles of the pasta cooking water.

Add the pasta, a few spoonfuls of cooking water to the sauce and mix it with a drizzle of oil and parsley,
