Peeled Sicilian Sauce
Peeled Sicilian Sauce , ready-to-use basil tomato sauce based on fresh peeled tomato pulp!
SIZE : 350 g
INGREDIENTS : tomato 95%, onions, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, basil 0.2%.
USE : ideal condiment for pasta and risotto; suitable for the preparation of various dishes such as aubergine parmigiana, pizzas, bruschetta, base for clams etc.
Our Sicilian Peeled Sauce is prepared with basil tomato sauce based on fresh Siccagno peeled tomato pulp!
Peeled Sicilian Sauce contains only natural and high quality ingredients. As tradition dictates!

The plant grows in a completely natural way, ventilated by the wind and kissed by the sun.
Double steaming preserves odors and characteristics and makes the sauce more digestible.
The aromas and extra virgin olive oil are added at the end.
The tomato is harvested within 8-10 hours maximum before processing.
Long shelf life is guaranteed by natural pasteurisation. No thickeners or chemical additives.
We don't add pepper, so they are also suitable for children. And then, they are all gluten free.
