How did you select Emporio Sicilia products?

We select our producers carefully. We personally know every men and women who work behind every product, their passions and their ties with the land.

Are the products on the website always available?

Usually they are. In some cases there can be a slight delay if products come from different areas of Sicily. Our team here at EMPORIO SICILIA will proptly contact the customer and inform him on new development.

Can I order products as business gifts or as homages to my employees and partners?

Sure. We can suggest you special and tailor-made offers to meet your needs, make deliveries to the home of your customers or employees, or even to your company or your delegate. For any information please contact us at: info@emporiosicilia.it .

I am a producer/supplier. How can I contact you?

You can send us an email at info@emporiosicilia.it and we will contact you as soon as possible.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee in Italy is 9,90€ per order regardless of the quantity. For orders of 59,90€ on, we take charge of the shippig fee!

For shipping abroad please send an email to info@emporiosicilia.it .

What shall I do when the delivery arrives?

Please verify that the number and the types of packagings correspond to your oder. Data are displayed on packing slip attached. Also, please verify that packagings are not opened, rigged or clearly ruined.

How can I facilitate the delivery if I cannot be present?

Deliveries are carried out during working day, from Monday to Friday. In this case it is important to give a delivery address where someone is always present and can receive the delivery (for example your work place, a porter or a neighbour). During the order placement we ask you to give us a telephone number to facilitate the delivery and contact you in case of necessity.

FAQ – ORDERS

IS IT REQUIRED TO REGISTER TO THE WEBSITE IN ORDER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, you have to register with your Personal Information and an email address to our website to purchase our products. In this way you will receive the notification of payment and all updates about the status of your shipment. By registering, you can also check and modify at any time your personal information on your account, such as your references, billing address, shipping address (which you have to enter only once) and payment method. Also, you can check your order history, be updated and benefit from services and promotion we reserve for our customers.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

No, there is not a maximum or minimum quantity for your order. You decide what you want to buy!

HOW DO PROMOTIONAL CODES WORK?

Promotional codes are alphanumeric codes which, if entered during the online purchase, allow you to benefit from promotions and related gifts.

In order to successfully use a promotional code just write it in the related space in the cart page and you will see immediately the discount linked to the code.

Discounts on promotions are not always cumulative with products already on sales and they cannot be applied to every product. Every coupon has its own duration and value.

If the promotional code is not working, please verify the correct insertion, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase characters and spaces.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After every order, you will receive an email with an order notification, which allows you to track the delivery.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

An order can be cancelled only if the request is sent before the shipping. If you made a mistake, and would like to cancell, contact us as soon as possibile at support@emporiosicilia.it

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE ORDER?

Delivery time in Italy is 3 working days, from the moment the shipping has been sent and notified to the customer, but it might happen that for delivery with more products from different suppliers the delivery takes around 5-7 working days to arrive.

FAQ – PAYMENTS

Which are the payment methods accepted?

You can pay with the following payment methods:

  • Debit / Credit Cardù

The amount will be charged during order placement. There are not transaction fees charged on the customer. Payments are processed via our secure server provided by our partner Stripe. Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, prepaid credit cards, Maestro and PostePay.

  • PayPal

You can buy online without providing your credit cards details on the website. Your bank account is charged after the order is completed. To register a new PayPal account, please visit the website.

  • Cash Payment on Delivery

You can choose to pay cash on delivery directly to the courier. There is an extra charge of 3,00€ on shipping fee for this form of payment, necessary to cover the extra cost we have to pay to guarantee you this form of payment. At the momento, this form of payment uopon arrival is available only for shipping inside Italy.

  • Pay through Plick

Plick is an innovative method to do online payments without limits, around all Europe, directly from your smartphone.

I HAVE ISSUES WITH THE PAYMENT

If you have trouble with the payments, please verify the below information:

  1. Please check your credit card allowance, money and expiring

It might happen that the credit card is about to expire and it can be rejected for this reason. If you are using a prepaid card, like Poste Pay, it might happen that there are not enough money available to process the purchase.

If you have already tried more than once to pay for your order, but you have not been successful, please contact us here.

  1. Take advantage paying cash upon arrival! If you cannot pay online, you can pay cash upon arrival.

HOW CAN I ASK FOR THE INVOICE?

The invoice must be required before payments, by filling in the related section during order placement. Please fill in the related field with the following information: invoice holder, social security number, VAT number, etc. The invoice will be sent automatically to your email address. FAQ – SUPPORT

CAN I MODIFY DELIVERY DATA?

 Once an order has been placed, it is not possible anymore to modify the delivery address on that order. But if you have not placed an order yet, you can amend and modify your address at any time. If you entert incorrect delivery data on an order already placed, please contact us immediately at support@emporiosicilia.it

IF THE PACKGING IS DELIVERED DAMAGED OR STAINED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If some packagings are clearly damaged or stained, please take only the intact ones and send back the damaged ones, after taking photographs of them. After that, please contact us at support@emporiosicilia.it , tell us what happened and sent the pictures you have taken. We will provide to find the best solution for you.

IF THE PRODUCTS DO NOT CORRESPOND TO MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In this case, please contact immediately our Customer Care Service at support@emporiosicilia.it and report the error. We will promptly solve the inconvenient.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
